We found an even cooler park that's closer to us! It's called Columbian Park. Parks are a little different around here. They dedicate a huge plot of land anywhere from 30-80 acres and put a bunch of recreational things in them. The Columbian park has about 4 different playgrounds for all different ages. They were so cool. There was stuff Don and I wanted to go on because it looked so fun! It also has a free zoo which we have yet to explore. A little train that goes around and through the park and a water park (which you have to pay to get in).
We originally were going to take Carter to see Despicable Me 2 in the theaters, but he was so grumpy today we knew he needed to get out and run around. I am so glad we did. He had a blast! And since he loves trains we took him on the train ride. His eyes were enormous when we started going. And he kept "choo chooing." We had a very successful afternoon.
